Ways In Which This Muscle Groups Can Be Exercised
1. Lie on your stomach with your hands on the floor in front of you. When lifting an arm lift your opposite leg up. Then go back into the starting position and do the same thing with your opposite limb.
2. Position yourself on your hands and knees. Make sure that your back is straight. Then reach one arm out and holding it parallel to the ground at the same time lift your opposite leg so that it is also parallel to the ground. Then go back to your starting position and do the same with the opposite side.
3. Lie down on your stomach, put hands at your side. Then lift your head and your chest off the ground using Erector Spinae Muscles. Go back into starting position and repeat the same thing over again.
